Abilities
Rage. As a bonus action you fly into a fury for up to a minute. You take only half damage from nearly everything (all but psychic), and your melee hits do +2. Plant yourself in front and soak the blows. 3 per day
Reckless Attack. Choose to attack with advantage for a better chance to land big hits. The trade is that enemies have advantage against you until your next turn.
Ursine Roar. Once a day while raging, you roar and the bear spirit answers. You gain a chunk of temporary hit points and a little extra force on your next hit. You stay an Orc, just briefly wrapped in bear spirit.
Spirit Seeker. You can cast Speak with Animals and Beast Sense as rituals, with no spell slots. Pure joy for an animal lover.
Features & traits
Bear Totem. While raging you resist all damage except psychic. This is why your huge hit points make you nearly unkillable in a fight.
Unarmored Defense. With no armour, your AC is 10 plus your Dexterity plus your Constitution (already worked out as 14).
Danger Sense. Advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects you can see, such as traps and blasts.
Orc Aggression. As a bonus action you can put on a burst of speed and move straight toward an enemy.
Relentless Endurance. Once between rests, a hit that would drop you to 0 leaves you at 1 hit point instead. Orcs refuse to fall.
